On April 5, 2012, I started a new exercise and productivity schedule, in which I walk in the morning, and then spend 45 minutes on office work followed by 15 minute breaks throughout the day. Now that I’ve been doing it for over a month (30 days is the amount of time that it is generally accepted that it takes for a behavior to become habit) I thought I would check in with you to let you know how it is going.
